Our establishments are constantly being disinfected (with OZONE cannon and approved sanitizer) and we are constantly adopting new measures to guarantee your maximum safety. Apart from having implemented all the letters and menus with QR codes, we have decided to continue with the buffet format for breakfasts, launching our own protocols to make consumption safer. All our clients will be able to continue enjoying our buffet breakfast offered every day on our terrace.

I arrive early in the morning, when can I check-in?
Our Check-in starts at 3:30 p.m. You can leave your luggage on deposit until check-in time.
Where do I have to check-in?
All our clients must check-in at the VILLAVIEJA STREET, 8 03002 ALICANTE. Identification with passport or identity document is mandatory. Not allowed driving license.
Does the apartments have a reception?
Yes, we have a 24-hour reception located at Calle Villavieja, 8
Can I get to the reception door by car?
Our reception is located in an area restricted to traffic, it is very important to inform receptionists and give the registration number of the vehicle to give access authorization. Those who do not provide the registration number must pay the corresponding penalty.
Is there parking?
We have limited parking spaces. Reservations are not allowed. Once we reach the occupancy limit, we inform our clients that there is an agreement with a nearby public car park and our clients benefit from a special price.
